For the first time in 20 years, Ferncroft Country Club has changed hands. New ownership is excited to begin a new chapter with the goal of becoming the only country club on the North Shore offering year-round amenities for the whole family.
Beginning the Summer of 2025, Ferncroft will begin a 36-month multi-million dollar transformation to enhance its many strengths while thoughtfully addressing areas that could benefit from improvement. We will be adding new amenities to complement our award-winning 18-hole Championship Course designed by renowned architect Robert Trent Jones, Sr.

9 More Holes of Golf
Beginning in July of 2025, Ferncroft will begin renovating and reconstituting its Par 3 course to transform it into 9 new holes.
August 2025
New Range
A fully renovated driving range with new target greens and tees, complete with a new covered, heated hitting house—allowing for use much later into the season. Hitting stations will be complete with brand new Trackman systems, allowing the data obsessed to track their progress and work on their stroke.
Fall 2025
A New Bath & Tennis Club House
Starting in fall of 2025, the old club house will be renovated and expanded. Two new locker rooms, a tennis pro shop, a new restaurant, and a new 4,000 SqFt gym will be added.

A New Restaurant and Pool
The new Bath & Tennis Club House will have a new indoor/outdoor restaurant offering sit-down eating at the pool. The outdoor pool deck and furniture will all be renovated to provide a first class experience.
Spring 2026
A New Indoor Racquets Facility
With a targeted 2026 completion, Ferncroft is building a brand new, state-of-the-art racquets facility with indoor tennis courts to complement rigorous racquets programming. Ferncroft Country Club will be the only country club in the North Shore with a 12-month racquets program.
Fall of 2026
A New Club House
Beginning in Fall of 2026, Ferncroft will renovate its existing club house to triple the size of the member dining, adding a new exterior deck, and updating the interiors.

New Member Dining
Ferncroft's member dining experience is being completely reimagined with expanded seating, a new deck overlooking the course, and a refreshed menu designed to elevate every meal.
