Estates on the Green Informational Evening
PLEASE NOTE: Rescheduled due to anticipated weather from the original date of Wednesday 3/15 to Wednesday 3/22 at 6:30PM.
Last fall the Club sold a parcel of underutilized land between Village Road and the 6th tee. Maintenance facilities will be expanded, consolidated, and modernized on the Topsfield side of the course using proceeds from the sale, and New Meadows Development is building four two-unit residences on the eight-acre parcel. These will be offered exclusively to Club members before they are offered to the general public. Jeff Garber, of New Meadows, and his team will present details about the site plan, units, prices and process to reserve a unit at this informational session. Please RSVP below if you are interested. While Ferncroft CC negotiated with the developer to offer the exclusive window to members, all of the other details about the sale process are being handled by the developer so please direct all questions to Anne LeBlanc-Snyder at [email protected]. If you are interested by cannot attend please contact the developer at that same email for instructions. There is also an open house Sat 3/18 from 11AM-2PM at 5 Norma Way in Middleton if you would like to see an example of the builder's work.
