Peter Ho, Food & Beverage Director
Peter is a seasoned food and beverage professional who grew up in a family which was in the restaurant business. After completing classical training he acquired club experience in his home state of Florida while serving as Food and Beverage Director at Coral Creek Club, TPC Prestancia, and Riverwood Golf Club. Peter has also operated independent fine dining restaurants and draws on this extensive background to heighten the dining and social experiences of Ferncroft members and guests. Julie Thompson, Event Coordinator
Julie graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Food and Beverage Management and Pastry Arts. After many years working on the culinary side as both a chef and pastry chef, Julie transitioned into a management role for the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center’s banquet team. At Ferncroft Julie organizes personal and professional events of all types and finds joy in executing flawless events.
