RJ Hancock, Food & Beverage Director
A lifelong resident of Andover, RJ has over 25 years of experience in the Hospitality and Private Club Industry. Prior to coming to FCC in 2017, RJ was the F&B Director at Turner Hill and the F&B Manager at Oakley, as well as the Assistant General Manager for the LANAM Club. RJ has worked and trained under two well-known Boston sommeliers that has increased his knowledge and taste for fine wines. Alex Menendez, Executive Chef
Executive Chef Alex Menendez has over two decades of fine dining experience. He is a a graduate of the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts his experience includes the Harvard Club in Boston (as Head Chef), Faculty Club at MIT (as Executive Chef), and Oakley CC (as Executive Chef). Donna Andrews, Event Sales Manager
Donna brings over 20 years of event sales and planning experience to our team. She has planned and executed hundreds of custom weddings, social and corporate events, fundraisers, bridal shows and more in both country club and university settings. Her industry knowledge and business connections are invaluable to her clients and she prides herself on providing both a personal and professional experience. She is an avid Boston sports fan and you will find her on the soccer field in the fall cheering on her two girls and coaching girls’ basketball in the winter.
