Join us at Ferncroft CC on Boston's beautiful North Shore for a SKANSKA hosted day of golf, good food, and camaraderie--with all funds raised benefiting Alzheimer's research!

In addition to being one of the world's leading construction groups, SKANSKA has been an active presence in the Boston area and building New England’s landmarks since 1946. Some notable projects include the South Boston Waterfront Transportation Center, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Bancroft Elementary School, Watermark Seaport, 101 Seaport Boulevard, and the historic renovation of 32 Quincy Street for The Harvard Art Museum. The Boston office is also highly active in the community and has partnerships with many local charitable organizations including Rebuilding Together Boston, The United Way, the Private Industry Council, Toys for Tots as well as Save the Harbor/Save the Bay.

Ferncroft Country Club is a full-service, family-friendly private club on 300 rolling acres 17 miles north of Boston. Founded in 1964, Ferncroft features a Robert Trent Jones Jr. championship course, along with a 7 hole executive course, first class pool, tennis, practice and fitness facilities, and a newly built $5m clubhouse expansion. Ferncroft hosted the LPGA Boston Five Classic for 11 years, has also been the home of the Boston Lobsters World Tennis Team, and has hosted a wide variety of USGA amateur events. The Club established a Junior Scholarship Fund that provides an introduction to the game, along with equipment, instruction, and ongoing mentoring for local underprivileged youth, and also works closely with area boys and girls clubs, Girls Inc of Lynn, and several North Shore food pantries.

The Medical Fitness Network is a non-profit that offers a free national referral service which connects fitness, wellness, and allied healthcare professionals to maximize quality of life for patients on a community-by-community basis. Originally founded to fight Alzheimer's MFN has grown to include patients and providers across a dozen plus chronic conditions with a focus on using exercise and fitness routines to improve outcomes while reducing medication usage and acute care costs. MFN was a 2016 finalist for the White House Champion of Change Award. MFN is currently partnering with the Alzheimer's Research & Prevention Foundation to develop a holistic wellness based program certification course for preventing, treating, and reversing Alzheimer's Disease. Similar partnerships have been formed between MFN and the National Arthritis Foundation, American Breast Cancer Foundation, MS Fitness Challenge, the National Osteoporosis Foundation, and ZERO Cancer.

Funds raised during the SKANSKA tournament go directly to preventing, treating, and reversing Alzheimer's.
